Who We Are

Founded by Elie Khouri in 2017, Vivium Holding is a single-family office focusing on alternative investing and building enduring businesses.

Our global network and diverse interests allow us to source opportunities across a wide spectrum of traditional and alternative investments with a focus on real estate, technology, and art & design.

Vivium, The Inspiration

Vivium was born from an appreciation of life and an ambition to preserve and grow long lasting businesses.

Our Name

Our name was inspired by the Latin word ‘ad vivum’, from life to life. Vivium is an ode to life and an ambition to nurture craftmanship while remaining diligent, authentic, and conscious of our impact.

Our Identity

Our brand colour is Yves Klein’s blue. A vivid and intense shade the artist believed to be the only colour “beyond dimensions”, reflecting an expansive vision of limitless space and aspirations.

    With over 20 years of investing in the space, our founder has developed a deep expertise in luxury, design-led residential and hospitality properties. Today, we are active in the sectors of development, ownership, and advisory across the GCC and in select European markets, such as the UK, France, Spain, Greece, and Portugal.

            As CEO of Vivium Holding, Elie uses his expertise in building businesses and his appreciation of craft to create value for Vivium’s portfolio of investments. He has a profound commitment to real estate, art and craftsmanship, and has inspired, supported, and invested in entrepreneurs and startups for over two decades.

            Elie Khouri is a veteran marketeer on the global scene, and is also the Chairman of Omnicom Media Group MENA, the media services division of leading global marketing communications company Omnicom Group. He is considered an influential leader and has received several prestigious awards and honours during his career.

            Omar is an investment professional with over 15 years of experience in the alternative investments space.

            As a civil engineer, Omar started his career in the construction industry and then launched his investments track working for the largest Canadian corporate pension fund. His work initially focused on real estate investments, then evolved to lead the infrastructure direct/co-investments initiative. Following his 10 years in Montreal, Omar shifted his focus to tech and developed the Beirut office for a Paris-based VC-backed Fintech.

            Omar’s focus is on driving forward the evolution of Vivium Holding and using his expertise to enable business success.
