Omar is the Group CEO of Vivium, building on more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, venture capital, private equity, and portfolio management. He played a central role in Vivium’s establishment, serving as Managing Director from 2020 to 2024.

Previously, Omar spent 9 years at Canada’s largest corporate pension fund, first in real estate investments and later leading direct and co-direct infrastructure investments. He then served as General Manager and CFO of a Paris-based VC-backed fintech, where he launched the company’s Beirut office and drove its international expansion.

A Chartered Financial Analyst, Omar holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from McGill University.

Hunain leads Vivium’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and agility across the group’s diverse portfolio. His expertise spans corporate finance, treasury, risk management, and process transformation, with a focus on embedding strong governance frameworks and advancing automation to scale performance.

Before joining Vivium, he spent a decade at Majid Al Futtaim in senior finance roles, following 5 years at KPMG advising global clients on audit and compliance.

Sophie drives Vivium’s hospitality ventures and leads Luura, a new brand of Mediterranean hotel destinations shaped by Vivium’s vision to inspire travelers and foster meaningful connections. With her extensive background in building forward-thinking brands, Sophie ensures Vivium’s hospitality projects deliver exceptional experiences and leave a lasting impact.

Before joining Vivium, Sophie spent over a decade in London working in branding and marketing, including over 7 years at Snap. There, she led innovative strategies and contributed to industry initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and digital transformation. Her experience spans managing global accounts across diverse industries, blending strategic insight with creative execution.

Purdey is EA to the Founder and Chief of Staff at Vivium, where she plays a central role in shaping and delivering the Principal’s vision. She oversees strategic leadership support, operations, and governance, ensuring the Principal can focus on priorities and maximize impact.

With more than 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors, she has built a strong track record supporting C-suite leaders and UHNW individuals. Before joining Vivium, she held senior executive support positions within international organisations, managing complex business landscapes and high-stakes projects in dynamic global environments.

Sana oversees Vivium’s legal strategy and governance, shaping structures that support both business ambition and long-term family priorities. She ensures investments and operations are aligned with sustainable growth while preserving long-term resilience across generations.

With more than 10 years’ experience at leading international firms, she has advised UHNWIs, family offices, governments, and royal families across multiple jurisdictions.

Mido collaborates closely with Vivium’s leadership team, conducting due diligence for investment opportunities and working with Vivium’s portfolio companies.

As an experienced investment analyst specialized in alternative investments and portfolio management, he brings valuable insights from his background in private equity and over 3 years of experience in the fintech sector with a Paris-based VC-backed startup.

Laura oversees private residential properties, hospitality projects, and design brand showrooms to meet strategic, financial, and design goals for Vivium’s diverse portfolio.

With over 7 years of experience in architecture, real estate, and project management in Dubai, New York, and California, she managed real estate for large tech companies and worked on major design and execution projects across multiple industries. She also holds a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University.

Emma leads Vivium’s HR and talent initiatives, driving culture development and supporting the company’s growth across all divisions. She brings extensive experience as an HR professional and is focused on implementing modern strategies to attract, retain, and empower exceptional talent.

Before joining Vivium, Emma served as an HR Business Partner at Morgan Stanley in Canada, where she aligned HR strategy with business goals and supported leadership teams in building high-performing organizations. Her background spans multiple sectors and countries, giving her a broad understanding of people dynamics and workplace cultures.

Brijesh leads Vivium’s finance operations, overseeing accounting, tax, auditing, and reporting with a clear focus on strategic planning and compliance. He ensures that all financial processes run efficiently and align with Vivium’s broader growth objectives.

A Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience across agritech, e-commerce, and FMCG, Brijesh has managed financial functions in both established and fast-growing businesses. His experience across different markets supports Vivium’s efforts to maintain strong financial governance and disciplined growth.

Najat manages Elie Khouri’s private art collection, including acquisitions, preservation, and collaborations with galleries and artists. She is dedicated to fostering a vibrant creative community within the company.

Previously a Museum Supervisor for a contemporary art foundation in Beirut, Najat is committed to fostering a vibrant creative community within the company, inspiring others to engage with art on a deeper level. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from UAL.

Zeinah is a multidisciplinary designer who combines her expertise in brand design with a focus on impactful, strategic frameworks that align brand image with business objectives to elevate Vivium’s projects.

Nour supports Vivium’s marketing team by developing and implementing public relations and communication strategies that drive impactful engagement. She crafts compelling content, manages PR and social media initiatives, and oversees paid media campaigns to amplify Vivium’s presence.

Before joining Vivium, Nour spent 5 years at a global media agency in Paris, where she collaborated with French and international brands on diverse projects to create tailored and impactful campaigns.

Karen provides executive support to Vivium’s Group CEO, managing operations that keep the leadership office running smoothly. She oversees scheduling, communication, and workflow management, improving efficiency and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
